
Jennifer Tinsman
Jen joined Kunkle Management & Consulting Services in early 2023 and has been a wonderful asset to the team. In addition to her questioning and inquisitive nature, hard work, and being blessed and lucky, Jen believes that the key to her happiness and success are her friends and family – her parents, siblings, nephews & nieces, her husband Rich, and son Zachary, who support her, challenge her, teach her, raise her up, and catch her when she falls.
Working as a Bookkeeper and Business Development Specialist, Jen has come full circle in her career and back to her accounting/business roots. Jen studied accounting at LaSalle and Kutztown and has an MBA from Villanova. In past accounting roles, Jen assisted external auditors with audit work and performed operational audits to improve internal effectiveness, test controls and validate balance sheet assets. She has also held roles in manufacturing, operations, purchasing, logistics, and the nonprofit sector. In addition, Jen volunteers her time with local nonprofit organizations.
Jen loves to fill her days with work, walking/hiking with family and friends, paddleboarding, reading, skiing, cooking and eating, jigsaw puzzles, torturing her teenage son with car concerts and dance parties (especially to 90s music), and summertime gardening. She enjoys waking when it is still dark to walk her dog Merlin (she also has a cat Mitzy) and enjoys that first cup of coffee.
Jen's goal is to support clients with prompt service using data, business experience, system knowledge and persistence to find answers and meet client needs in an efficient and respectful manner.
