Colleen Kunkle

Colleen is the owner and primary consultant, bringing 20 years of leadership, accounting, process excellence, and team management experience to the table.  With excellent communication skills and a natural eye for process improvement opportunities, you can trust that you are in good hands when you work with Colleen.​

Colleen graduated from Kutztown University with an Accounting Degree and later pursued her MBA at Alvernia University.  She is a licensed CPA in Pennsylvania.   Colleen started her career in accounting with one of the Big 4 accounting firms and has had a variety of roles and experiences with various companies in the years that followed, including working with large and small companies, operating locally and nationally in different industries.  

​Colleen has built a solid, reliable, and incredibly smart network of peers, friends, and other local business partners to support her work.  You'll be working directly with Colleen and her team, but know that they are tapping into those resources as needed to deliver on time and accurately for you!​

Colleen, along with her husband and two daughters, live in Berks County and are involved in many local community activities.  Colleen loves to read and also enjoys playing soccer and volleyball.
